Terra Buena

What to do about this broken heart?
Now I know there is no two without one
There is no two from three
This life is always on the move and never stops
And what am I to say?

Just please lie to me, tell me there is still hope
That we still exist and that in your life the sun never shines
That time does not count and that pain is only an illusion
Take me if you will
Without any destination and without any reason

Now I know that a heart which cannot not see
Is also a heart that cannot not feel
A hurting heart will pretend to love
And will bring profound suffering to the soul
Don't you believe in love and in a beautiful life?

Why did you heal this broken heart
Only to blow it to smithereens?

Who will share emotions with me?
Who will ask me not to leave?
Who will cover me up when it gets cold at night?
Who will heal this broken heart?
Who will bloom when Spring arrives,
and bring down the Moon, so we can play?
Tell me, my Dear, if you go...
Who will heal this broken heart?

What to do about this broken heart?

Don't condescend to me
It can never substitute real intimacy, my Dear
Just take it from me
Everything shall always pass
But after you...after you there is nothing

Why did you heal this broken heart
Only to blow it to smithereens?
